Chitwood Charters had charters bareboat, and Captained and instructional charters since 1977 from these locations. Thirty five years of quality Grand Banks yachts, and fourteen years of Selene Charters. Chitwood Charters is the first company to offer bareboat charters of Grand Banks and Selene Yachts.

The owners of a Chitwood Charters yacht can be assured of quality management with over 35 years of experience in the same location in Sarasota, Florida. Chitwood buys, sells, and charters Grand Banks and Selene Yachts with captain or bare boat. Instruction is available as well as a long running buyers charter management program. Grand Banks yachts of 36', 42', and 48' are available along with 50' and 53' Selene Yachts. The 56' Carver Voyager is also available. Two and three stateroom yachts provide for a memorable couples or family vacations in Florida and Intercoastal waterways.

Charter clients enjoy cruising to the islands south of Sarasota and the Keys, or the Bahamas Islands. South of Sarasota on the Intercoastal waterway are the island of Venice, Casey Key, Boca Grande, Gasparilla Island, Cabbage Key, Useppa Island, Captiva Island, Sanibel Island, Fort Myers Beach, Marco Island, Naples, and the Florida Keys. The Bahama Islands require a month or more charter due to the insurance and distance to cruise. We will be happy to assist you in planning your trip of any length.
